Shoeshine
Portable shoe buffers for guestroom use are available through
Housekeeping/Guest Services. In addition, there are shoe shine
stands open 7 days a week located in the men's restrooms near
the Crystal Lounge and across from the Hilton Steakhouse.
Porterage
Our bell staff, available by contacting the Bell Desk, will
assist you in moving your luggage and small packages to/from
your guest room or suite. The bell staff will also assist
you in collecting shipments that have arrived at the Business
Center and delivering them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
Mail & Information
The comprehensive source of City and Hotel information. We
offer an outgoing mailbox, safety deposit box rentals, "I'll
leave it at the front desk" packages, restaurant menus,
and assistance in locating functions within the hotel. Located
at the Front Desk. Open 24 hours a day.

There are two boardrooms located next to the conference rooms.
The boardroom has a total of 540 square feet and features
a 10' ceiling and the executive boardroom has a total of 812
square feet and features a 10' ceiling.

Conference Rooms
There are 14 conference rooms, each with moveable partitions
and 10' ceilings. In-house sound systems are available in
each conference room. Floor load limits are 150 lbs per square
foot static weight. There is a total of 9,385 square feet
of meeting space in all conference rooms.

Conference Rooms 1-5 (individual): 500 square feet, seats

Individual conference rooms can be configured in 7 different
seating arrangements
Ballroom and Pavillion
When combined, the Hilton Ballroom and Hilton Pavilion form
a pillar-free room approximately the size of two football
fields where a banquet of 10,000 can be seated comfortably.
High ceilings - up to 23 feet high in the Hilton Pavilion
- provide ideal staging opportunities. Both facilities can
be divided into smaller rooms of varying sizes.
