If
you are arriving in Las Vegas by plane and are planning to
stay in the Strip or Downtown areas, you will have no problem
getting around. Transportation to either of these areas from
the airport is relatively cheap. Once you are on the Strip
or Downtown, you will probably want to travel by foot in order
to see everything. You can always catch a shuttle or bus from
your hotel to any other part of the Strip, Downtown and some
shopping malls. Keep in mind that most of the hotels in town
provide free shuttle service from the airport. If you would
like to go sightseeing around and outside of Vegas, a rental
car is your best bet for the convenience and price. If you
don't feel like driving yourself and want to go sight-seeing,
there are several bus tour companies in town that give tours
of Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon.
